Clark’s is a designer’s choice floral boutique. Arrangements depicted in our catalog are only examples of the size and style of your arrangement. All our bouquets are custom made. This allows our trusted designer’s to use their expertise to create a truly one of a kind arrangement for you. Our designers will ensure that your arrangement has the same overall feel, while using the best seasonal products available. We are more than happy to take into consideration your price range, color scheme, and ideal flowers while working with seasonal and on-hand flowers. Customers can provide this information in our online store or when speaking with one of our team members.
We will do our best to honor your requests, but due to unforeseeable circumstances, substitutions may be necessary. Our designers will try their best to get as close as possible to your desired color or flower. Please note substitutions are likely in same and next day arrangements. If a viable option is unavailable, we may contact you for your second choice.
We are pleased to offer same day delivery for all orders placed by 1 pm EST M-F. Delivery orders placed after this deadline will be fulfilled on the next business day. Same day pick up orders can be fulfilled if ordered by 3p EST. Same day pick up orders placed after 3p EST cannot be guaranteed.
Delivery and pick up orders are available for Saturdays if placed by 12p EST on Friday. Same day delivery is not available on Saturdays. Same day pick up orders can be fulfilled until 12p EST on Saturdays. Same day pick up orders placed after 12p EST cannot be guaranteed. In rare cases due to staffing, we may not be able to fulfill a Saturday delivery. These dates will likely be unavailable in our online store.
Clark’s Garden & Floral Boutique is not open on Sundays. On orders placed on Sunday will be fulfilled the next business day.
If you are wanting specific flowers, please order 48 hours or more in advance. This will give us enough time to order your special request from our wholesalers.
We offer delivery services to the following areas: Remington, Wolcott, Goodland, Kentland, Rensselaer, Brook, and Fowler. Deliveries outside our service area may be accepted if the order is placed in a timely manner.
While we understand the importance of time sensitive orders and will do are best to meet specific delivery times, we are unable to guarantee deliveries at a specific time due to a variety of variables out of our control (traffic, recipient unavailable, time order was received etc.) The best way to ensure your delivery arrives in a timely manner is to provide an ideal 2-4 hour time frame for delivery. You may indicate this in the Delivery Notes box at checkout. The exception to this policy includes orders placed in a timely manner for funerals, weddings, dances, and other events.
Recipients may be contacted to ensure prompt & successful deliveries. Deliveries will not be left outside. Deliveries may be left in an enclosed space, at a reception desk, or with another person at said location if approved by the customer or recipient.
Due to the safety of our customers and recipients, anonymous orders will not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for providing the delivery address and recipient contact information. If the recipient’s address is incorrect and delivery was attempted to the address, there is a $10 address correction fee. Clark’s is not responsible for deliveries made to incorrect addresses submitted to us by the customer. If such a delivery is successful, the customer assumes responsibility for the entire purchase.
If the recipient refuses to accept a delivery, you are fully liable for the cost of the order. Orders will be held at Clark’s for 24 hours after the failed delivery attempt for pick up. After 24 hours, the items will be discarded.
When requesting a delivery to a school, please contact the school regarding their delivery policy prior to placing your order. Due to schools having differing policies, Clark’s is not liable if an order is refused or a student is unable to transport an order home.
Clark’s Garden & Floral currently does not offer nationwide shipping. We look forward to offering this option in the near future.
We accept cash, all major credit cards, and local checks.
Payment is required at the time of ordering. Payments will be processed prior to delivery. In the event a payment cannot be processed, a team member will reach out to you for new payment information. Orders will not be fulfilled until payment can be collected. Customers have 24 hours to update their payment information and complete their delivery. After 24 hours, the arrangement will be discarded. If the customer wishes to place another order after 24 hours, they are liable for the original purchase in full in addition to their new order.
Refunds, Returns, Exchanges
We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.
Flowers are sensitive to extreme weather conditions, both hot and cold, and should not be exposed to them for long periods of time, even if they are in water. In freezing temperatures, we will wrap the flowers to protect them from the elements. In hot conditions, we will deliver the flowers in an air-conditioned vehicle. However, it is the customer’s responsibility to keep the flowers protected from the elements after delivery. If you are not purchasing a vase from us, please put the flowers in water as soon as possible. Flowers will be delivered in water, and it is the customer’s responsibility to place them in water after delivery. Once the flowers have been delivered, it is up to the customer to take care of them. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for flowers.
Tips and Tricks
To ensure the longevity of your flowers, use a clean vase and fill it with warm water. Add the flower food provided. Cut 1/2″ off the bottom of the stems and remove any foliage that may fall below the water line. Change the water and cut the stems every other day.
Due to high volume, we cannot specify delivery times for Valentine’s Day and Mother’s Day. Arrangements will be delivered on the specified date, but we cannot guarantee a specific time. Delivery is not available on Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve. Pick up only on these days. Delivery and pick-up are not available on all major holidays, including Easter Sunday, Memorial Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.
Cancellations will only be granted if the request is made within one hour of placing the order. To process the cancellation, we must be notified by phone.
